It reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes, has a top temperature of 950 °F (500 °C), and cooks 12" pizzas in just 60 seconds. Use wood or charcoal with the extra large fuel tray, or attach a gas burner, sold separately, for propane-fueled baking.
