Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is issued by Haven Veranda LLC, the operator of Haven Veranda.

1. Introduction

At Haven Veranda, we are committed to providing a transparent and dependable shipping experience. Many of our premium products ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure they arrive in excellent condition while minimizing unnecessary handling.

Transit Time: Varies by product, destination, and carrier
Shipping Destination: Continental United States
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted on the product page

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the Continental United States (48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia).
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for products requiring freight delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. All applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is placed.

Some accessories may qualify for free shipping when purchased with a compatible patio heater. Standalone accessory orders may incur separate shipping charges based on weight and destination.

Sales tax, when applicable, is calculated during checkout.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier scheduling. Freight shipments may require additional transit time and, in some cases, a scheduled delivery appointment.

If an item requires additional processing time, the product page will indicate the expected lead time.

5. Shipping Methods

Orders ship using the carrier best suited for the size and destination of the shipment. Depending on the product, shipments may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or commercial freight carriers.

Direct Manufacturer Shipping

Many Haven Veranda products ship directly from the manufacturer. This helps ensure factory-fresh products, reduces handling, and provides the safest transportation for oversized and specialty items.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

6. Freight Deliveries

Large items, including patio heaters and other oversized products, typically ship by freight carrier.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery whenever possible. If visible damage is present, note it with the carrier before accepting delivery whenever feasible.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@havenveranda.com.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your shipment upon delivery whenever possible.
Photograph any damage to both the packaging and product.
Notify Haven Veranda within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work directly with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Verify your shipping address.
Check with household members, neighbors, or your property manager.
Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace if necessary.

8. Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number along with the missing item information so we can investigate promptly.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility varies by manufacturer and product category. Please review our Return Policy before placing your order for complete details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

10. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Haven Veranda is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
